We film with Canon XL-1 3CCD and Canon GL-2 3CCD video cameras, using digital video tape. Each camera uses an NRG Varilux video light, which has a dimmer that runs from 25w to 100w for smooth lighting adjustment. Lighting is not used or needed for weddings. Each camera has a wireless mic receiver so that silent wireless audio signals can be sent from the groom or other source to each camera. This gives us 4 channels of audio for editing your production. We also carry several professional battery belts for lighting and cameras which enables us to handle longer productions with ease. Wireless hand-held mics are used for special announcements made directly to each camera. Wireless lavalier clip-on mics are used for hidden mics as necessary, such as for the groom during the wedding. The wireless equipment is UHF, not the more commonly used VHF, and these eliminate interference from outside mics such as construction crews down the street. We use a tripod dolly for smooth movement on the dance floor and for similar situations. Tripods are black so they don't shine in your photographs.

All editing, video and still photo montages, is done on a digital non-linear video editor - The DracoSystems Prestige. This is not a Mac or PC computer. We write to DVDs in our studio and design your cassette covers with your images or photographs we take. We edit graphics and photography with PhotoShop Professional. Prints intended for framing, including wallet photos, are printed at a professional photographic lab or may be printed professionally here in the studio.
